Travel Protection Insurance

CFAR ( Cancel For Any Reason ) Travel Protection - RECOMMENDED
This travel protection plan includes Cancel For Any Reason coverage (CFAR) - RECOMMENDED. This plan upgrade will allow you to cancel your trip for literally any reason whatsoever and recoup up to 75% of your unrecoverable trip expenses as long as you cancel 48 hours or more PRIOR to departure. All other coverages for standard insurance also apply. Please read the Plan Document and Plan Overview for more information and rates. CFAR is discussed on pages 3 and 7 of the Plan Document and on page 1 of the Plan Overview. Rates are listed on the Plan Overview. Standard Travel Protection Insurance
This travel protection plan is for Standard Insurance. This policy does not have Cancel For Any Reason coverage, but covers events that happen while traveling as well as "other covered events" prior to travel. Please read the Plan Document and Plan Overview for more information and rates. "Other covered events" are discussed on pages 3 and 4 of the Plan Document and on page 1 of the Plan Overview. Rates are listed on the Plan Overview. CHOOSE THIS PLAN IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOUR TRIP INVESTMENT PRIMARILY ONLY WHILE TRAVELING.

I acknowledge that photographs will be taken and may be used by Joshua Expeditions and its representatives, and that these photographs, videos, and any other physical likeness of myself and / or my child traveler may be used by Joshua Expeditions in their publications and organizational materials.

I understand that Text Messaging may be used by Joshua Expeditions and its representatives, to communicate with Travelers and Guardians and that these messages may incur charges by my Text Messaging provider for which I am responsible.

ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS - I understand and confirm the following: In the event of any trip interruption such as airline delay or cancellation, where Joshua Expeditions paid for any additional service that is later reimbursed by a travel protection plan (e.g. airline, hotel, transfer ), you agree to assign any of those payable benefits to Joshua Expeditions, up to the total payment made by Joshua Expeditions.

I understand that failure to provide complete and accurate information on this application may result in airline reissue fees. Fees can range from $50 to $200 or may require purchasing a replacement ticket at the current fare, all of which are the traveler's financial responsibility. Joshua Expeditions is not responsible for any issues created if the name, date of birth or gender provided does not match the traveler's passport or driver's license.

For international trips: I acknowledge that my passport MUST be valid for at least 6 months after the trip return date and that it is my responsibility to obtain a passport or renew my passport if it expires less than 6 months before the trip return date.

For domestic trips: I acknowledge that my driver's license or government issued identification must not expire until after the trip return date.

91-120 days prior to departure	Full deposit + Travel Insurance premium (if applicable) + 30% of the trip price
46-90 days prior to departure	Full deposit + Travel Insurance premium (if applicable) + 50% of the trip price
0-45 days prior to departure	100% of the trip price (No refund or airline credit will be issued)

If cruise trip cancellation notice received is:	Cancellation fees equal:
≥ 151 days prior to departure	Deposit retained + travel insurance premium ( if applicable ).
150 – 121 days prior to departure	Full deposit + travel insurance premium (if applicable) + 50% of trip price
120 – 91 days prior to departure	Full deposit + travel insurance premium (if applicable) + 75% of trip price
90 – 0 days prior to departure	100% of the trip price ( no refund or airline credit or cruise credit will be issued)
